Project 365: Breakfast (2)

I'm attempting the typical New Year resolution....weight loss! I downloaded the "Lose It!" app onto my smartphone to count calories. I love it! The scan feature is probably my favorite. I can just open it up, scan the bar code on any bag or box of something and it will automatically load all of the nutritional information into my phone and save it. How easy is that? The database is huge, so even if I don't have a bar code to scan it's still pretty easy to find foods.

I chose Friday to be my weigh-in day. I'll let you know how it goes.

Fried egg, a slice of rye toast and coffee. I love my Keurig!
